Deposit:
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation.
Reservation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by Ritz
Tours within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation.

Final Payment:
Final payment of the total tour fare is due 60 days prior to your departure date.
If payment is by credit card, we will charge the balance at the time of ticketing

* Tour Fare: Within 48 hours prior to departure & no
shows on day of departure.

Written notice of cancellation must be received by Ritz Tours either by mail, fax,
or email. Oral cancellation by phone will not be acceptable.

In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if ticket for airlines, cruises
or trains have already been issued or final confirmation has been received at the
time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler
will be as sessed an additional airline, cruise line, or train cancellation penalty
and service charge pursuant to the supplier's rules and regulations.

Travel Protection Insurance Plan:
When you confirm a reservation and final payment is received by Ritz Tours for a
scheduled group series at least 60 days prior to departure, as stated above, Ritz
Tours will provides full coverage of your vacation travel through AIG Travel Guard,
a 3rd party insurance carrier, at no additional charge, exceptions: city packages,
online specials or any other promotions. We also offer an optional protection plan
at your own expense, when we receive your final payment inside of 60 days prior
to departure.

Air Transportation:
* For passengers departing from either Los Angeles (LAX) or San Francisco (SFO),
a round trip international economy class air ticket will be included with the tour.
* Please consult your travel agent or Ritz Tours regarding the US domestic add-on
airfare if you are departing from cities other than Los Angeles or San Francisco.
* Air routing is at the discretion of Ritz Tours for all of our tour packages.
* Clients purchasing their own USA domestic air add-ons do so at their own risk;
Ritz Tours reserves the right to change international airline used.
* All taxes and surcharges associated with airline tickets are subject to change
at any time during the year. Clients are responsible for any such extra charges
should they occur.

Hotel Accommodations:
* Hotel accommodations are based on two adults sharing one twin bedded room, double

* A customer who travels alone is required to pay a single supplement rate. A single

will be substituted without prior notice.

Tips (Deluxe Only):
Please note that gratuities are not included in your tour cost. They are customary,

to make your trip smooth and pleasant. Gratuities are a way of showing your appreciation
and also constitute a large part of their monthly income. However, tips are NEVER

Ritz Tours suggests tipping in the following manner (expressed in US dollars):
* Local guide -
US$2 per person per day given at the end of the stay in each city. The Ritz
Tours national guide shall collect this on the local guide's behalf on the last
day in each city.
* Local driver -
US$1 per person per day given at the end of the stay in each city. The Ritz
Tours national guide shall collect this on the local driver's behalf on the last
day in each city.
* Ritz Tours tour leader -
US$4 per person per day given at the very end of the tour in Mainland China.
It is our suggestion that you place your tip in an envelope and give the envelope
to the Ritz Tours tour leader the evening of your farewell dinner.
* For the Yangtze River Cruise -
tipping is separate from the above. For recommended amount, please refer to the
cruise company information sheet, available on board.

Unused Tour Features:
Any unused tour features either on air transportation or for land arrangements are
not refundable or exchangeable.

Tour Price Guarantee:
* All tour prices are in US dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of currency
exchange in effect at the time of printing. These rates are subject to change as
deemed necessary and fair by Ritz Tours.
* Your tour price is guaranteed once Ritz Tours has received your full payment.
Only currency surcharges, flight schedule changes which require additional nights
and cost to be added to the package will result in an assessment to each passenger.

Departure Guarantee:
When the total number of tour members should fall below ten persons, Ritz Tours
reserves the right to cancel the tour or operate as a locally hosted tour.

Health:
* To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, Ritz Tours recommends that travelers
be in good health. Please consult your physician regarding your wellness and ability
to travel long distances. Any physical or mental disability which requires special
treatment or attention must be reported to Ritz Tours at the time of reservation.
Ritz Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled
participants, but is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels,
restaurants, or other suppliers. Tour buses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps.
Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be carried on tour busses, due to space limitations.
We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking,
getting on/off tour busses and other transportation vehicles, or other personal
needs. A qualifi ed travel companion must accompany travelers who need assistance.
* Ritz Tours reserves the right to exclude passengers who are physically or mentally
unfit to undertake long trips, in the interest of the whole tour group.

Baggage:
* Baggage is at owner's risk throughout.
* For up to date baggage allowance restrictions, always check with the appropriate
airline for the latest regulations.
* Baggage allowance varies by airline and is subject to change at any time; Some
airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check in any baggage. Please
contact your airline or refer to its website for detailed information regarding
your airline's checked baggage policies.
* Baggage allowance in China or Thailand domestic fl ights is restricted to one
piece only and not to exceed 44 lbs.
* Excess baggage charge and insurance is at the owner's responsibility.

Tour Manager:
A tour manager throughout China is automatically included in China programs when
the group has more than 10 persons. Hong Kong and Asia programs are locally guided.

Deviation Charge:
There will be a US$50 per person service charge for any deviation from the tour.

Travel Documents / Tickets:
In general, all travel documents will be sent to you 21 days prior to departure
via 2nd day priority. Overnight delivery can be arranged at additional cost. If
we obtained the entry visa for you, the passport will be sent with the travel documents.

Change Fee:
One change is allowed free of charge after your reservation is confirmed, based
on availabity. US$50 will be charged for each of the subsequent changes. Once documents/tickets
have been issued, no change is permitted.

Passport:
All customer's passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date
of your trip. Please consult with your travel agent if you have a non-US passport.

Visa:
* No entry visa required for US passport holders going to:
Thailand (up to 30 days),
Japan (up to 90 Days),
Singapore (length determined at the discretion of immigration
officer)
* Entry visa required for US passport holders going to China, Cambodia, Vietnam
and India.
* To apply China visa, simply mail original passport along with one passport size
2" X 2" color photo and completed China visa application form to Ritz Tours at least
45 days prior to departure.
* We will keep your passport (with the entry visa) to be sent along with your travel
documents. If you require your passport sooner, please enclose additional $15 check
so that we can send it back immediately upon its return from the embassy.
* If you are applying for your own visa, a copy of your passport and entery visa
should be sent to Ritz Tours. All document and tickets will be issued under your
passport name.
* Ritz Tours is not responsible when you are denied entrance for any reason at any
foreign country, even if you have a valid passport and visa.

Late Bookings:
Last minute booking (within 60 days prior to departure) is subject to availability,
will be assessed a $50 per person surcharge and taken only with full payment.

Charge for Children:
For children 11-year-old and under, if they share a room with 2 adults and not ask
for extra bed, the cost is 75% of a regular adult price; if they need a bed in the
same room with 2 adult(s), the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children
12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.

Shopping:
To meet your shopping needs, certain shopping stops during the tour have been arranged
by the local handling agency. Although Ritz Tour's tour directors will be happy
to assist you with any shopping requirements, we do not take any responsibility
for any items purchased at shops on the tour. Any after sales correspondence - must
be between the customer and the shops.

travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant's behalf upon
the express condition that neither Ritz Tours nor its agents shall be liable or
responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect,
consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason
of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any
act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train,
motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing
provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any
goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Ritz Tours neither
owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies
directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Ritz Tours responsible for their
acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Ritz Tours
and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes
of schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness,
weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government's
civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity
or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be
borne and paid for by the participant.

However, the Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to alter or adjust
its costs. In the event that the Chinese handling travel agency increases the cost
of any service within China, tour fares are subject to adjustment. The Chinese handling
travel agency has sole and exclusive control over the operation of all tours in
China. The Chinese handling travel agency reserves the right to make alterations
or adjustments in the itinerary as to destinations, transportation, accommodations

All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant's behalf upon the express condition that neither Ritz Tours nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Ritz Tours neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Ritz Tours responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Ritz Tours and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government's civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.

Unless indicated otherwise, all prices are per person, based on double
occupancy of a cabin, or standard hotel room. Single rates are available for cruise at a
supplement of plus 50%, except for suites which are plus 100%. Single rates for land are
available at a supplement of $120 per night. Pricing is accurate at time of printing and
expected to be in effect at the time of departure. In the event of an increase in any of
the cost factors, including airfares, taxes, or other surcharges, AMA Waterways reserves
the right to increase the prices without notice. Airfares listed are estimates only from
New York; they are exclusive of airport taxes, government fees and airline imposed fuel
surcharges. Airfares from other cities are available upon request. Airfares and air taxes
quoted on your invoice or by a reservation agent are only guaranteed once full payment is
received by AMA Waterways.

In the unfortunate event that you cannot travel and you need
to cancel, please notify AMA Waterways in writing. No cancellation can be taken without
written notifi cation. Cancellations are effective from the date of receipt of the written notifi -
cation. If AMA Waterways has already issued fi nal documentation that includes air tickets,
the unused air tickets must be returned to AMA Waterways before they can be cancelled.
Please note that any name change/substitution of passenger is treated as a cancellation
and any/all applicable cancellation charges will be applied. Cancellation charges will be
assessed per person as follows when cancellation received:
* Outside 121 days prior to departure: $200 loss of deposit.
* 120-90 days before departure: 15% of the land & cruise price.
* 89-60 days before departure: 35% of the land & cruise price.
* 59-30 days before departure: 50% of the land & cruise price.
* 29-07 days before departure: 80% of the land & cruise price.
* 6 days before departure: 100% of the land & cruise price.
Cancellation charges listed above also applies towards upgrades and transfers. Insurance
premium is non-refundable. Additional fees will apply for any air tickets already issued. No
refunds will be made for unused services, or unused portions of the cruise/tour once travel arrangements have commenced. If after returning from the cruise you wish to inquire
about any cruise services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those
services is received by AMA Waterways within 60 days after the cruise completed.

A valid passport is required of all travelers. Passports must be
valid six months after the scheduled return date to the USA. USA citizens require visas for
Russia. Non-US citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates if any visas are needed.
Any visas, or travel documentation required to travel is the sole responsibility of the
passenger to obtain. AMA Waterways is not responsible for delays or missed portions of
your cruise/tour, relating to incorrect travel documents or visas.

Upon full payment only, travel documents, including air tickets,
are sent regular ground delivery 3 - 4 weeks prior to departure. If you would like your
documents sent earlier, there is a $25 charge per reservation or if you would like a

AMA Waterways determines airlines and flight schedules based on
the availability of its specifi c contracted carriers. Air tickets are economy class, unless
requested otherwise, and are issued under the terms and conditions of the relevant
airline(s). Business class air travel is available for purchase at the time of booking; please
ask your reservation agent for details. Airlines require that your exact name, as it appears
in your passport, be on your air ticket. AMA Waterways is not responsible for any issues
resulting from an incorrect name on any air ticket issued. Every effort is made to obtain
direct fl ights; however, your air schedule may require connections and overnight travel.
AMA Waterways is not responsible for any costs resulting from lost air tickets, delays,
disruptions or cancelled fl ights; lost baggage or missed connections. In the event of a lost
air ticket, the passenger will need to fi le a Lost Ticket Application with the carrier.

All tickets issued by AMA Waterways have certain restrictions; they cannot
be reissued or exchanged. Any changes or refunds must be processed through AMA
Waterways. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $50. In addition to
any appropriate airline fees for any changes made. Any cancellation is charged under
the cancellation penalty of the airline. Airline fees vary depending on the carrier. Some air
tickets will be non-refundable.

Cruise Itineraries:
Deviations to the planned cruise itineraries and hotels are
possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are shown in the
brochure and final documents. Should conditions render cruises' routes unsafe for
navigation, AMA Waterways reserves the right to provide alternative services, including
but not limited to, accommodation on the docked ship and/or substitute ground arrangements.
AMA Waterways will make the effort to ensure that the places visited, excursions
operated and the hotels or ships offered are as similar as possible to the ones originally
planned. Any resulting changes will not result in a refund for the original services; all
cruise routes are subject to change without notice.

Accommodations:
The hotels listed (if any) in this brochure will be used on almost
all departures. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotels substituted will
be the equivalent of those shown. Please note that any deviation in the brochure full
packaged land programs will result in any long haul transfer being charged at full fare.
It is standard policy that hotel rooms are not available for check-in before 3:00pm.

Cancellations:
AMA Waterways reserves the right to cancel, change, postpone, any
departure date and itinerary. In the event of a complete cancellation by AMA Waterways,

Disabled Participants:
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to
AMA Waterways at the time of booking. AMA Waterways will make reasonable efforts to
help accommodate the special needs of disabled cruise participants, but is not responsible
for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.
Tour buses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps and cabin doors are not wide enough
to allow access by standard wheelchairs. Wheelchairs and walkers cannot be carried on
tour buses, due to space limitations. Wheelchair passengers should be aware of these
limitations. For safety reasons, passengers in wheelchairs cannot be carried on ramps in
ports where the ship is at anchor. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance
to a tour member for walking, getting on/off tour buses and other transportation vehicles,
or other personal needs. A qualifi ed travel companion must accompany travelers who
need assistance.

Medical:
AMA Waterways does not employ doctors or nurses on the vessels (except
in Russia). Should you require medical attention, local medical services can be contacted
immediately. You are responsible for any and all charges resulting in either visiting the
medical services, or they visiting you. AMA Waterways is not responsible for the type or
quality of the medical services you may receive.

Responsibility:
Ritz Tours Inc acts as agent for AMA Waterways Inc. Chatsworth,
California (hereinafter referred to as "AMA"). AMA is responsible to you in making
arrangements for the services offered in this brochure. Transport on river cruise ships
(hereinafter referred to as "ships") or any other form of transport (hereinafter referred to
as "transport") is provided by the owners, operators and charterers (hereinafter referred
to as the "supplier"). Airlines, hotels and other suppliers providing services are
independent suppliers (hereinafter also referred to as "supplier") and are not principals,
agents, employees or partners of the AMA or its affi liates. AMA does not own or operate
any ships/transport; the suppliers are independent of AMA. You will not have the right to
claim or recover against AMA as a consequence of any negligent or willful act or failure
to act of any suppliers of the conditions or operation of any ship/transport. Your and the
suppliers obligations and liabilities are subject to any and all terms and conditions of the
suppliers’ contract of carriage and any and all of the governmental laws and regulations,
including without limitation, choice of law, jurisdiction of disputes and limitations of liability
and limitations on the time of claims. The cruise participant agrees that AMA shall not
be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or
expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any
insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other
person. If the services of the supplier cannot be delivered or there are changes in an
itinerary for reasons beyond the control of AMA, AMA will arrange for the provision of
comparable services, where and when possible. Any resulting additional expense will be
payable by the cruise participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by AMA to
cruise participants.

California Seller of Travel Law:
AMA Waterways Inc. is a registered seller
of travel in the State of California, CST #2065452-40. AMA Waterways Inc. is also a
participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. Registration as a seller of travel
does not constitute an approval by the State of California. California law requires that
all payments are deposited into a trust account. AMA Waterways Inc. maintains a trust
account with Citibank West.

Agreement:
Payment of deposit and/or issue of fi nal documents shall be deemed
your consent to the terms and conditions herein. The statements herein and the contract
between cruise participants and AMA are made and entered into in Los Angeles
County, California. In the event of any legal or equitable action is initiated concerning
the interpretation, enforcement, or breach of any term, obligation, or duty as contained
or related to these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the laws of California,
at the State court in and for Los Angeles County, California. AMA and each cruise
participant expressly waives the right to a jury trial and agrees that legal proceedings,
if any, must be fi led within 60 days following the date of cruise completion. Each cruise
participant understands that AMA will be accepting that participant’s booking in
reliance upon such participant’s acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined in
this brochure. Terms and Conditions listed are those in effect at time of printing and
will remain until replaced. Any new or reissue of Terms and Conditions will replace all
previous versions. No person, other than an authorized representative of AMA by a
document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this
brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.

Passenger Contract:
All transport onboard ship is provided subject to the terms and
conditions of the Passenger Contract that you will receive with your fi nal documentation.
The passenger contract is governed by the Law of Switzerland and is subject to the limits
of liability and claims laid out under the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of
Passengers and Their Luggage by Sea, 1974 and the international Convention on
Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims. Any disputes will be litigated exclusively in the
courts of Basel, Switzerland.
